Marcin Kiersnowski
Owner and President
Marcin Kiersnowski founded M&R Roofing in 2005 after working with a sub-contractor for Avenue Road Roofing, lead by his current colleague Ryszard. In pursuit of his Bachelor of Commerce degree, which he now holds with high distinction, Marcin sought summer employment in the roofing industry in order to finance his continuing education. It was through this experience Marcin noticed an opportunity to provide the roofing industry with service he felt was hard to come by; the highest quality workmanship and exceptional client service. Using acquired knowledge through his education, Marcin now handles the business side of his roofing company, responsible for scheduling, accounting, marketing, financing, web presence and maintaining client relations. Contributing to his expertise, Marcin also holds a 4-year Diploma in Integrated Media from the Ontario College of Art and Design.

Maciej will go on top of your roof to accurately assess it’s condition and advise you of necessary work. Upon meeting with Maciej you will feel confident that you have been appropriately informed and educated about your options and the installation process. Before joining M&R Roofing Maciej owned and managed his own retail business for seven years where he developed his exceptional sales and client service skills. Maciej is our lead consultant and is also responsible for expanding our on line social networks.
